Application Procedures

1. Understand the student’s preference, personally, and skills. By understanding, we recommend a suitable area, school, class, and the subjects according to the discussion with the student, parents and our consultants.

 

2. Prepare application documents.

  • Latest school reports (at least 2 years)
  • Public examination certificates
  • English examination certificates (IELTS/TOEFL)
  • Extra-curricular activity certificates
  • Passport photos X 2

 

 

Remarks: some schools often require a statement of self-introduction.

 

3. An application is place to the school, following up with interviews via video conferencing and most schools may have written tests.

 

4. Schools may take up to 2 months to respond for an offer of acceptance.

 

5. The students and parents would consider the acceptance. In the mean time, deposit is required to secure a place.  

 

6. Finally, preparing for visa application, admission procedures and flight ticket to the UK.

 

7. Attend to our pre-departure briefing.

Once each applicant has an offer, our team would help to apply visa with the British Consulate.

 

 

Guardianship in the UK

 

According to the law of the United Kingdom, a student below the age of 16, who is attending a course for more than 12 weeks, a legal guardian is required. Some schools even require a legal guardian for students under age of 18. Most schools do have a list of guardian available around the area but they are not allow to recommend a guardian, our office are also connected with Guardians Company up and down the country which can help. 

 

A legal guardian should be a UK citizen age 25 or above. He or she cannot be an older brother or sister of the applicant or a college or university students. Please note each home stay family or guardian are vetted to the UK law requirement and have completed UK police reference check, a guardian is responsible for the well-being of the children within the time they are in the UK, whereas the guardian organize a home stay which are the one responsible for the day to day accommodation during half term or holidays.
